St John’s College in Cawaci, Ovalau, held its first cadet passing-out parade last Saturday.
School principal Father Ekuasi Manu said that about 580 students took part in the parade.
“I have been the principal of the school for the past eight years and this year we had our first full cadet passing-out parade,” Father Manu said.
“Seeing my students put on a tremendous performance during the training and also during the parade made me very proud; even the parents, friends and families who were part of the parade felt the same,” he said.
